DFH20487 - A busy 4* Boutique Hotel in Pretoria is looking for an Operations Manager with the following qualifications: Tertiary Qualification in Hotel Management with 3 - 5 years experience in a similar position.Duties will include the following: Will oversee and Co-Ordinate the Heads of Department for each sector in order to ensure the smooth running of the Hotel Standards. Daily Management of Financials, Orders, Stock Controls, Guest Liaison, etc. Previous experience within a Hotel is essential. This is not negotiable.The candidate must have the following skills: Work Shifts. Drivers License. Good written & communication skills. Computer literate – Ms Word, Ms Excel, Hospitality system, POS system. 4yrs Experience in a similar position in a Hotel. Strong leadership & organizational skills.
