CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
Ideal candidates will come from Generator Rental companies
15 Years Rental Industry Experience
Knowledge of Power Customer base (Mining Houses, Construction and Industrial)
Willingness to travel to Angola, Mozambique, Malawi, Zambia, DRC, Namibia and Botswana
Proven ability to manage people
Strong understanding of Costing, returns & Cash flow
Understanding of income Statement and Balance Sheet
Proven Track Record
Respected In the Industry
Business Acumen

POSITION OUTPUTS:

Rental Business development Southern Africa
Used Sales strategy development and implementation for Southern Africa
Branch rollout in South Africa as well as Southern Africa
Southern Africa Rental Reporting (KPI’s and Operational consolidation)
Monthly Reporting
Liaison with Caterpillar
Operational Responsibility for South African Operations
Generate Incremental Business
