Tertiary Hospitality Qualification - Degree / DiplomaStrong F&B and Rooms Experience Strong on system implementation and controlsGood financial acumenVery energetic with an ability to get things done under pressured time constraints Good Function and Banquet experience Previous Game Reserve and Lodge Management experience ( added advantage)
Operational responsibilities Oversee all departments and smooth running of the operations including the following:
Food and Beverage Rooms Div and HousekeepingMaintenance Administration and System implementation and maintenance
