Requirements
• At least 8 years’ experience in a similar managerial role.
• Suitable business qualification (must be completed)

• Optimizing services: Quality and standardization.
• Office Management: Maintain internal networks
• Manage software licensing
• Manage budget control
• Manage service levels & resource planning
• Manage recruitment & induction of junior/support staff.
• Manage client requests & ensure client satisfaction
• Compile monthly analysis report for respective clients.
• Manage special investigations & audits.
• Manage new product implementation & support.
• Deal with quotations
• Manage team coaching, training & skills development plan
• Identify training gaps & develop staff by organising training
• Manage & compile project documents & plans
• All tasks managed according to deadlines
• Manage purchases of hardware for operations
• Motivation of staff and performance management
