You will lead the Retentions team - outbound and inbound call centre who are responsible for retaining clients and up-selling on existing business.

Qualifications

  • Matric - Essential
  • RE 5 Essential
  • 150 FAIS Credits Essential

Experience:

  • A minimum of 5 years in an advisory role within the Short Term Insurance Industry Essential
  • At least 4 years retentons experience - Essential
  • 4 years leadership within a Short Term Insurance Call Cenre Environment - Essential
  • 1 year Short Term Insurance sales experience - Advantageous

Duties:

  • Work allocation to the teams
  • Reporting operational dashboard and team stats
  • Escalated query handling from various stake holders
  • Reporting, but not limited to various stakeholders on business retained, potiential loses, permium rejection.
  • Call quality audits
  • Call coaching
  • Reporting and representation at MANCO
  • Goal setting per advisor
  • Montly 1:1 and performance discussions
  • Full line management function within scope of role
