Minimum Requirements

• Minimum Grade B & Armed Response PSIRA Qualification
• Computer Literate (Easy Roster, Scheduling of Shifts, Listener, Geotab)
• Valid Drivers License
• Firearm Competency Certificate: Handgun & Shotgun
• Ability to Discipline and Manage Staff Members
• Good Administration Skills – Drafting of Letters & Drawing Reports
• Good Communication and Personal Relation Skills – Communicating with Clients, General Client Relations etc.
• Build Relationships with Key Clients and Attending of Meetings
• Fluent in English and Afrikaans
• Ability to Work under Pressure and Meet Deadlines
• Ability to Manage Fleet and all aspects of Guarding and Response Division.
• No Criminal Records – A Criminal Clearance certificate must be provided
