My client, an established and successful BPO is seeking to employ an experienced:
Operations Manager – Call Centre

The Role:
As an Operations Manager, you will manage and keep a close eye on the daily operations of the entire business unit in order to ensure that operational performance metrics are met.
Main Duties:
People management
Customer Relations
Reporting and Administration

Qualifying Criteria:
Matric / Grade 12
Minimum 3- 4 years operations management experience, 2 years as a Team Leader
Knowledge of and experience in contact centre performance metrics and reporting
Must be currently employed in a similar role
Advanced MS Suite
Excellent written and spoken command of English

Salary on Offer:
Market Related CTC per month – Dependent on experience, plus a substantial annual performance bonus
