Matric essential.
Operations Management or related Tertiary qualification required.
HSE qualification an advantage.
Experience within the Steel, Construction or Building Industry essential.
Code 8 Driver’s License.
Computer Literate and efficient in processing paperwork.
Syspro knowledge an advantage.
Good working understanding of operations planning, scheduling and stock management.
Experience and knowledge in operating within ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management Systems.
Able to actively negotiate and communicate on all levels.
Strong leadership skills.
Ability to build a high performance team who can operate efficiently, effectively, productively and cost effectively.
Ability to work productively, efficiently and effectively with initiative and drive under tight timescales and pressure whilst maintaining attention to detail and quality.
Proven track record.
General Operations Management functional experience.
Salary: R40k CTC.
