A Financial company in Sandton with branches around Johannesburg is looking for an Operations Manager to start immediately.

The successful candidate should have vast operations management experience and Must be a self starter who requires minimal supervision.

The employee will be responsible for the following tasks:
Complete store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees, following up on work results.
Maintains the stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Ensures availability of services by approving contracts.
Bringing in new clients.
Bringing in deals as per the target given.
Look for marketing ideas and implement.
Manage a full complement of staff and their individual effort (Including yours).
Building and maintaining customer relationships.
Performance of the branch on a Financial and Operational level.
Smooth manpower management.
Retain old clients.
Meeting target and deadlines.
Ensuring the company make profits.
Marketing and promoting services.
