A well established Food manufacturing company is looking for a qualified and experienced Operations Manager to join their team in Cape Town.

Requirements:
Degree in Manufacturing / Engineering
Food / Dairy experience necessary
Good people management skills
At least 5 years' senior management experience

Responsibilities:
Direct the implementation of the business's operations strategy
Maximise plant output while minimising costs
Ensure compliance of SHE legislation
Ensure efficiency of production systems
MBA advantageous
