7 years’ consulting experience
All fares courses mandatory
Super user course mandatory
90% on senior Technical Test
HC/IR course
MS office proficient
Advanced writing skills
Finance for non-financial managers

Productivity stats
LCC correct sign on codes / invoicing/ passive sectors overview
SEC report analysis and management
Leave management and audit of the team leader
Incentive calculations for the team leader
Income statement budget vs actual per cost centre report
Branch expense sheet to be updated monthly and verified on income statement
Productivity stats: manpower vs revenue
Consolidate and maintain ops files from team leaders
Adhoc reports
Management of the Roving team
Team leader 1/1’s weekly
Join daily team meetings once every 6 weeks for in-houses and daily
Performance Management – reviews, skill ups and PDS’s for team leaders only
Training for team leaders/Rovers
Recruitment / CGM communication / staff employment check list
Increases / promotions / staff movement and terminations
Feedback on exit interview to Div Ops and GM
Team leader and branch SOP audit review

Salary: R26 000 to R30 000
