Project company is seeking an Operations Manager for their Lephalale property .

Diploma or degree with 5 years Hotel and catering management experience required

Requirements :

Managing of Site in Lephalale - Limpopo Province
All Site Operations and Feedback to Head Office
Overseeing of all Catering / Kitchen Operations via the Kitchen Manager
Managing of all Accommodation Operations & Administration
Daily & Monthly Reports
Client Liaison
Site Budgets, Forecasting
Managing all expenditures for the site
HR - Disciplinary enquiries, CCMA
Monthly Safety
Union Correspondence & Negotiations

Salary R 35 000 negotiable including house for married couple or accommodation for single person.
