Due to continued success and our growth plans for the year ahead, which include international expansion as well as a new purpose built building, mean we’re looking for a motivated, analytical, problem solver to take the business to the next level.
The Marketing Manager is a senior management role and will report to the Chief Operations Officer.
The primary focus will be to manage day to operational challenges working with business unit heads to set up companywide standards of project management and change management to ensure consistency in decision making, delivery and execution across the business. The role the candidate must fulfil will be one that requires a high level of strategic and agile thinking skills and an understanding of Call Centre Operations in terms of how people and technology work together for business optimization. The successful incumbent will also play a pivotal role in supporting departmental heads in developing SMART plans that deliver on set objectives, facilitating sequencing and communication across departments to avoid clashes or unintended consequences.
In order to succeed, one will need significant experience in Operations Management and must make use of their business acumen, people skills and strategic thinking. You will have well-developed levels of emotional intelligence, be able to forge professional relationships and demonstrate great communication skills.
