Job Description:

To plan, organize and control the Production Function, including Logistics, Maintenance, Quality Control and People Management to enable the achievement of business and commercial goals.
To provide expert product and process support to the General Manager and colleagues in the set-up and the achievement of launch goals and objectives.

Qualifications:

6-8 Years’ Experience in a similar position
Automotive Industry Preferred
Knowledge of Rubber Injection and Processing Recommended
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing
Good Leadership, motivational and Teambuilding skills
Effective Communication with Subordinates and Colleagues in SA and abroad, with Suppliers and Customers, including concise Presentation and Reporting
Problem solving skills individually and as a team
Efficient independent time management without the need for strict supervision
Technical comprehension and practical application experience of product & process knowledge in Extrusion and Finishing processes
