Looking for an Operations Manager for Overland Safari Company

Experience required:
Extensive travel experience in Southern Africa Destinations and a passion for the region (preferably experience working as a Group Leader/crew)
Management training and experience desirable
A workable knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
Reliable and responsible, with outstanding organizational and customer service skills

Duties include:
A high level of passenger enjoyment on all trips in the regions managed
The running of regional operations to set budgets
The effective management of Group Leaders, Drivers and Cooks in the regions managed
The production of accurate and useful pre-trip information in the regions managed
The running of trips to meet safety requirements
A high level of local interaction
