Minimum of 3 – 5 years’ experience in preferably a management level in an International courier or Freight organization.
• Previous business and or operational management experience.
• Excellent administrative skills.
• Own reliable transport.
• Ability to work overtime.
• Sales Support.

• Experience in quality improvement initiatives / methodologies (Such as Six Sigma, Lean).
• Previous experience in the Transport / Logistics Industry.
• International Courier Experience.
• Customs Experience.
• Management Experience.
• Good people and communication skills.

• To handle all processes involved with implementation, sustainability and longevity of the International Operations (BLNS & Intercontinental).
• To liaising with a variety of parties including internal clients, suppliers and clients/sites.
• To coordinate processes to ensure customer satisfaction and strategically respond to external influences, such Operational requirements, Client requirements KPI’s and SLA’s.
• Management of the operation as well as international team.
• To support the sales team in client visits and trying to obtain new business.

• ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
o Management resources and staff.
o Ensure all standard operating procedures are followed.
o Provide efficient distribution support service.
o Analyze data to monitor performance and plan improvements on demand – KPI’s.
o Liaise with internal and external clients.
o Ensure all the paperwork is completed as per company requirements.
o Supporting the Sales Team in client visits.
o General Sales Support.
o Client visits.
o To analyzing logistical problems and producing new solutions.
o Assist in planning and overseeing projects

• MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITIES:
o Effective people management of staff.
o Allocate and manage staff resources according to operational requirements.
o Manage & Train staff.
o Motivate members of the team.
o Set objectives and goals
o Plan, select, develop and maintain suitable manpower capabilities for the function.

o Build and maintain relationships with suppliers.
o Build and maintain relationships with operational team.
