Operations Manager
The company, a leading supplier of wear components to the mining and other industries, desires to appoint an Industrial Engineer to the role of Operations Manager to take over responsibility for factory operations including foundry, melting shop, pattern shop and finishing which includes fettling, machining, heat treatment and dispatch.

Skill Set
• Management experience in heavy industry
• Min 10 years working experience
• Tertiary qualification
• Industrial Engineering background preferred
• Dynamic and energetic individual
• Ability to lead and motivate
