Lalsat South Africa is recruiting for a dynamic Operations Manager in Johannesburg for an International Freight Forwarding company. Our client offers International Sea freight, Airfreight, Land Transportation, Warehousing and distribution.

The ideal candidate must be experienced in day to day management of clearing and forwarding operations department including doing budgets for the division, be key contact for certain clients, be involved in sales regenerating, manage profit and loss, mentor and train staff

Essential Requirements:
• 5+ years’ experience within freight forwarding industry
• Matric and BCom or equivalent qualifications
• Understanding of business finance
• Employee relations and Distribution Division
• Ability to motivate a team, schedule tasks and prioritize actions
• Excellent people and negotiation skills
• Leadership and mentorship skills

Salary package: R40 000 – R60 000 CTC (based on previous experience)
