Looking for an Operations Manager for a hotel in Polokwane
Salary: R18000 – R20000, live out. Position will start as 3 month contract
Must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Duty Manager, as well as a minimum of 3 years in an Operations Management position in a 4/5 Star Hotel. Must have a very strong hospitality background in the following areas: Food and beverage, Front of House and Accommodation.
Requirements:
Grade 12
Hospitality management qualification
Well spoken and well presented individual
Must be able to work under pressure and effectively deal with difficult guests
Previous experience on Micros and Opera would be an advantage
Must have excellent communications skills (written and verbal)
