The role would involve participating in the development of the Company’s overall strategy, as well as taking full responsibility for the execution of the operations and related initiatives in CT.

The Company is the car industry’s latest and quickest online car buying service.

We are looking for someone who wants to be in a high growth environment and wants to learn and progress as fast as possible.

Some responsibilities will include:
- Oversee operations controls and reporting and lead problem solving for operational issues
- Lead roll out and performance of new car buying centres
- Oversee national customer service function
- Continually improve customer experience at inspections
- Lead and direct regional team
- Mentor and grow the operations team members
- Lead specific company-wide initiatives as required

Essential requirements:
- Engineering or Commerce completed tertiary qualification
- 3 – 5 years experience in full Operational role
- Excellent Managerial & leadership skills
- Strong communicator with excellent problem solving, multi-tasking & organizational skills!
- Must be able to get things done timeously and efficiently
