POSITION: Occupational Health Nurse – Operations Manager (Regional Manager)


Description
A well know Occupational Health Service Provider is seeking an Operations Manager for a number of Occupational Health clinics based in Gauteng and nearby surroundings. The successful candidate will be based in Gauteng, Johannesburg.

This incumbent will be responsible for building relations with the clients and their management, keep the clinics stock up to date and oversee the clinic staff. The person will be executing the responsibilities of a Regional Manager.

The incumbent is further responsible for planning and securing the on-going stability of clients by building and managing the financial, operational and administrative system infrastructure of Occupational Health.

To be considered for this position you will require the following skills, experience and qualifications:

A relevant Nursing qualification (Diploma in General Nursing/ B Cur Degree) or equivalent NQF 7 qualification

BTech Degree or Diploma in Occupational Health Nursing

Registration with the South African Nursing Council as a Registered Nurse and Occupational Health Nurse

Minimum of 5-7 years occupational health nursing experience

Supervisory or management experience is essential

Strong business operations knowledge is essential

Computer literacy and Fluency in English essential

Must have great people and communication skills

Certificate in Audiometry and Spirometry will be preferred

Financial and budgeting experience

Occupational Health Nursing management and marketing experience

Able to understand profit and loss calculations and basic business finance

Must be confident to work on your own

Client relation experience

Must be willing to travel
