Operations Manager

Operations Manager required to ensure the smooth functioning of the service department. The company is in  need of a person able to manage staff and budgets as well as focus on quality and customer service. Applicant must have at least 5 to 10 years experience in an operational management role.

Other duties:

Ensure timely repairs in accordance with company procedures

Implementaion of KPI

Continuous improvement

Works in defining process for repairs carried out

Planning and implementation of new investments

Service dept budgets

Employment planning

Ensure compliance by all staff (procedures, instructions etc)

Management of specific environmental compliance, quality etc - waste management, optimal use of electricity

Approval of documents and procedures related to work process

Approval and control of expediture
