• To take control of the batch production facility
• Schedule and control production
• Delegate activities and manage staff
• Ensure system updated with latest production and order status
• Liaise with clients regarding production status
• Develop and train staff
• Implement maintenance program
• Keep up to date with relevant technologies

Skill Set
• Min 8 years’ experience as Operations or Production Manager
• Must have knowledge and experience in:
o Surface engineering and coatings.
o Microsoft Office.
