APPOINTMENT REQUIREMENTS

• Grade 12
• Bachelor Degree
• Grading certificate
• Grain Fumigation certificate (preferably)
• Occupational Health and Safety experience
• Financial Management diploma
• 5 year experience in Grain storage and handling
• 3 Years project management experience in the agriculture field

KPA’S

Management of Budget
• Management of expenses through quotes and industry related costs.
• Manage approved budget
• Approval of out of norm expenses.
• Responsible for accurate costing (budget).
• Monitoring of expenses through feedback from financial officers

Quality control of grain and Lucerne
• Inspections of depots and OFD’s
• Audits on documentation
• Compare inspections with audits

Occupational Health and Safety
• Implementing safe working procedures
• Implementing documentation to keep record of all actions
• Audit and inspections on depot

People Management
