Hire Resolve is looking for an Operations Superintendent, Process for a client in Mali.

The successful candidate will be tasked with coordinating and managing the activities of teams consisting of general foremen, supervisors, engineers and metallurgists, in the operation of the client’s process plant to attain maximum production. Suitable candidates will have a Bachelor Degree in Metallurgical Engineering or Mineral Processing or related field plus solid experience in a leading large multi-national processing plant, commissioning and operational phases experience plus a minimum of 12 years’ experience in mineral processing plant and demonstrated expertise in SAG grinding.
