Trainer - Call Centre

The Role:
The purpose of this position you will deliver, evaluate and report on all training within the operation.
Main Duties:
Training
Learning Assessments
Administration and Record Keeping

Qualifying Criteria:
Matric / Grade 12
Training qualification
2 years experience as a Trainer within mobile banking
Advanced MS Suite
Excellent written and spoken command of English
South African Citizen’s ONLY

Salary on Offer:
R18,000 CTC per month – Dependent on experience, plus a substantial annual performance bonus
