OPERATOR AGENCY REQUIRED IN RICHARDS BAY

Requirements:

• Grade 12/ Matric
• 4 years Ships Agency Experience
• Good Knowledge of the port and shipping Industry
• Knowledge of Vessel operations in Coal Exports
• Experience in Coal Exports
• Computer Literate
• Great interpersonal and communication Skills
• Customer Service Oriented
• Ability to work under Pressure
• Valid Code 8 driver’s license

Duties:

• Cover all Aspects of Ships Agency Operations
• Attend to all aspects of vessel planning and operations in line with ships agency standards
• Support to vessel’s command on cargo supervision
• Submit reports
• Attend to vessel documentation and office admin in accordance with customer requirements, S.O. P’s and Company policy
• Attend to principal’s requirements
• Follow up on invoices and payments
• Manage vessel funding and cash flow

You will need to reside in Richards Bay or surrounding area.
