Oracle EBS R12 Financials Functional Analyst (Support Role, project work as and when required)

Job Description:


As an Oracle Financials Functional Analyst, you participate in the full lifecycle of Oracle to deliver complex, comprehensive business solutions

Support calls

You guide less experienced consultants in setups, integration best practices, and review deliverables for quality assurance purposes

You help define and justify the business case, develop implementation plans, track progress against plans, provide expert functional and product recommendations, and manage client/user expectations.

Solution Design is an integral part of your job function

Required to participate in Performance Reviews, team meetings, track deliverables, etc.

Essential Job Functions

Interprets requirements data, maps current and future state business processes and develops plans to address functional gaps between the oracle and the redesigned processes
Researches and presents information/data regarding how other companies in the client's industry are using specific application products to improve business performance


Experience

· 5+ Years Oracle Financials Experience

· 3 full life cycle implementations

· Finance or Accounting qualification

· 1+ Oracle Upgrade projects

· Full SDLC Cycle implementations

· Worked in a Support Environment

· Implementation focus areas: Inception, Elaboration, Construction, Transition and production phases using OUM methodology

· Provides leadership and work guidance to the team

· Strong solution design skills

· Ability to anticipate problems and take decisive action, giving regard to the impact to all affected areas

· Ability to adjust personal style to different situations

· Oracle Module Implementations: AR,AP,CE,,GL. Knows the Payments module very well.
