Essential Criteria:
Bachelor’s Degree with preference given to candidates with either psychology, industrial psychology or organisational psychology qualifications
Minimum of 4 years HR experience or Organisational Development Experience
Registered Psychometrist with current HPCSA practice number
Dynamic facilitation and presentation skills
Excellent communicator, with both verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of legislation and stakeholders that impact on training and development

Desirable Criteria:
Various psychometric assessment accreditations (MBTI, Thomas International and/or other)
Knowledge of course development and presentation of courses
Prior Organisational Development experience
Coaching and Counselling Skills
Experience in Learning and Development practice
Demonstrated skills, knowledge and experience in the Organisational Development and training field
