Purpose of the Role:
Contributing to the optimal utilization of the company’s human capital segment by ensuring that the appropriate skills and knowledge are available at all times. This is done through among others, the implementation of effective recruitment strategies, pro-active training initiatives, fair and just disciplinary actions as well as the on-going implementation of best practices pertaining to Organisational Development and is done in support of the company’s corporate strategies.
Requirements:
- Relevant B-degree in Human Resource Management
- At least 3 years experience as HR/OD generalist
