Purpose of Role: Provide professional facilitation, support, guidance and advise to the business as it relates to organisational design and development, remuneration and benefits, employee engagement programmes, job profiling, evaluation and grading, retention programmes and change management strategies, programmes, plans and projects in support of key organisation strategic and operational deliverables.
• Facilitate, analyse, consult, support and advice the business as it relates to organisational development and design, business process changes and change management initiatives and activities
• Identify, develop, advise and guide in the implementation of business processes and organisational effectiveness interventions.
• Assist with structure designs for and implementation of organizational change, make recommendations to line management on such structure changes and implementation plans
• Facilitate and assist business in the development of workforce strategy and planning in support of organisation and divisional business objectives by delivering strategic workforce plans, projects and deliverables that are aligned with organisation strategic objectives
• Actively support broader Talent management efforts and facilitate processes to identify critical workforce segments, talent requirements and potential new talent sources to support business goals
• Facilitate and manage OD and change management consultation sessions and produce required plans and reports
• Lead, consult, manage and facilitate change management initiatives, interventions, projects and processes
• Support organizational planning including creation of organizational charts, review of roles and responsibilities and job descriptions
• Facilitate, manage and coordinate job evaluation and grading system, provide guidance and advise on job design, job profiles and grading across the organisation
• Facilitate, manage, contribute and assist with the implementation of overall compensation and benefits plans, strategic objectives and activities, whilst providing strategic guidance to business
• Facilitate and contribute to the design of fair, equitable and competitive total compensation structure and benefits packages, that fits and are aligned to company's strategy and business goals
• Facilitate and manage execution of overall Company employee engagement strategy, plans and activities in support of overall company and its subsidiaries goals and objectives
• Facilitate and coordinate the execution and overall communication as it relates to employee engagement initiatives and strategic plans
• Facilitate, consult and manage all Legislative, Business Reporting as well as Policy compliance requirements

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Grade 12
• Degree in Human Resource Management/Industrial Psychology/Behavioral Sciences
• 10 years' related experience in organizational development, change management, employee engagement and remuneration and benefits of which at 5 years at a specialist level.
• Valid driver's Licence
• Experience in the DPSA Evaluate system
• Experience in dealing with Unions
