· To Uphold the brand and the perception of the brand in the market by ensuring a consistent high- quality customer experience.
· Describe services and products.
· Respond to questions.
· Identify and overcome objections
· Take the customer through the sales process
· Obtain customer information
· Obtain possible customer leads
· Maintain customer/potential customer data bases
· Follow up on initial contacts
· Capturing all customer interactions.
· Matric/ Diploma.
· Understanding of contact centre environment and technology.
· 2-3 years previous experience in a Call Centre environment.
· Fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans.
· Computer literacy.
Hours: 195 hours per month:
Monday to Friday: 9H00 - 18H00
Alternating Saturdays: 9H00 - 15H00
