Outbound Customer Service Agent – R10500pm

The successful candidate must have previous experience in a sales environment and be confident generating leads.
You will have fantastic communication and rapport building skills, be confident speaking with customers and enjoy
working in a busy environment. Within the role you will be responding to inbound sales calls and enquiries, generating
leads with targeted emails, producing sales reports for the sales department, providing KPI to management and making
outbound sales calls amongst other duties. The ideal candidate will have previous experience within a Manufacturing
environment, however this isn’t essential.
