WORKING HOURS: MONDAY – FRIDAY ROTATIONAL SHIFTS STARTING FROM 09:00AM AND FINISH AT 18:30PM OR 10:00AM AND FINISH 19:30PM | WORKING 45 HOURS PER WEEK AND EVERY SECOND SATURDAY

We are seeking dynamic passionate, customer service enthusiasts for a fast paced company. The position requires people with proven record in excelling in a highly pressured customer services driven role. For the first 6 months of this position your KEY RESPONSIBILITY of this position will be DATA MINING, Calling on clientele and updating of records. Capturing the updated data. This requires, patience and determination and people who don’t give up!! If you excel, you will be promoted to the Senior Customer Service Department which offers new challenges and increased earnings!

We are needing Driven, Motivated & Dynamic candidates that meet with the job requirements below:
Must be extremely well spoken (have no accent) as you will be dealing with a UK Client base.
Previous CUSTOMER SERVICE experience is essential
Previous SALES / COLD CALLING experience is ideal too
Must have experience in dealing with difficult clientele, irate customers and excelling in this.
Must have stable career and longevity in previous positions.
Must be target driven and ambitious and determined to prove yourself for growth within the company.
Must be able to work in a very fast paced environment and handle high call volumes.

Must have Matric with relevant tertiary qualification.
Experience in dealing with UK clients is ideal.
Must have ability to work well under pressure.
Be passionate in providing high service levels.
Must be a quick thinker, adaptable and have excellent communication skills.
Must be able to work relevant shifts/hours.
