QUALIFICATIONS + EXPERIENCE
•Telesales experience - a sincere liking for the telephony environment
•A successful track record in outbound sales(Financial Services preferable)
•Experience of working towards and achieving targets
•Proficient in MS office/ relevant computer applications
•Good data entry/ keyboard skills at 20/ 25 words per minute and good accuracy
•Knowledge and experience within a call centre is essential, preferably in an outbound environment
•General Industry Experience
•Ability to communicate in English and Afrikaans or 1 Black Language as a minimum requirement
•Grade 12 / Matric with 1- 5 years’ experience as a telesales agent
•FAIS Accreditation advantageous
