OUTBOUND TELESALES AGENTS –R4500+ UNCAPPED COMM
LOCATION: DIEPRIVER
PURPOSE/ROLE
This position will require a highly successful outbound sales professional who will be target orientated. The incumbent will be skilled in selling, listening and pleasing the client with exceptional product and industry knowledge and a continual awareness of treating the customer fairly whilst concluding the required number of sales. All Sales to be 100% in accordance with the script and be FAIS compliant.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Outbound sales calls to new Clients based on reply to SMS – an interest shown in product (gap Cover)
• Follow-up, within sales protocol standards, on leads that may accumulate in the LMS queue
• Expected to sell the product, ensuring understanding and service, over the phone and to complete the application process by adhering to the relevant script/s which includes all FAIS requirements
• Capture information of telephonic interactions and declare Disclosure requirements
• Send applications to the Administrators by close of business same day
• Adhere to sales protocol as regards number of daily calls to be made
• Assist with queries on product/ service should these arise post-sale
• Learn new systems and products timeously in order to pick up on new campaigns continually

QUALIFICATIONS + EXPERIENCE
• Telesales experience - a sincere liking for the telephony environment
• A successful track record in outbound sales(Financial Services preferable)
• Experience of working towards and achieving targets
• Proficient in MS office/ relevant computer applications
• Good data entry/ keyboard skills at 20/ 25 words per minute and good accuracy
• Knowledge and experience within a call centre is essential, preferably in an outbound environment
• General Industry Experience
• Ability to communicate in English and Afrikaans or 1 Black Language as a minimum requirement
• Grade 12 / Matric with 1- 5 years’ experience as a telesales agent
• FAIS Accreditation advantageous
