12 MONTHS CONTRACT To provide effective, efficient and responsive administrative, organisational and logistical services to the General Manager, including effective time and desk management.

Requirements:

Appropriate National Diploma in Office Administration/ ****@*****.*** 6 or equivalent

Relevant 3 years working experience as a PA/Secretary in similar environment, of which 1 year should have been rendered at Senior Management level.

Additional Requirements

  • A certificate in relation to the functional discipline will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent working knowledge of MS Office Package.
  • Above average Computer Literacy.
  • SAP experience will be an added advantage.   

Duties:

Provide effective and efficient office management and administrative functions

Attend meetings and ensure General Manager is well prepared for meetings

Assist General Manager in the management of the office budget

Provide reports as and when required
