ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Ensure efficient functioning of the GM’s office
• Coordinate all communication between the GM and Internal & External stakeholders
• Handling matters of a confidential nature and safekeeping relevant documentation in line with Company Policy on confidentiality
• Arranges appointments (meetings & conferences)and maintains GM’s diary
• Assist with travel arrangements via the Company Travel Desk
• Performs any other duties as required by the GM.
• Ability to organize and priorities professional activities, which are diverse in nature and intensity
• Manage all GM’s Administration responsibilities

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
• Completed or working on a Degree or Diploma in Business Management
• Good working knowledge on computer packages (MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint & Outlook)
• Minimum 3 years work experience in a similar role
