The ideal candidate must meet the following minimum criteria:

· Management experience – must currently be in a management position or have at least 3 years of experience in a managerial role
· PABX/CCTV sales experience/background is essential
· A broad understanding of connectivity
· The ability to work in a highly pressurized environment
· Target driven and constantly strives towards the achievement of goals
· Meets or exceeds business standards
In addition to the above competencies, we are looking for a Sales Manager who is a people’s person, approachable and able to lead teams towards excellence in an effective and respectful manner.

The ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate a passion for the sales and an understanding of the telecoms & sales industry to ensure that team members remain motivated and inspired to achieve results and maintain business standards.
