PACK HOUSE MANAGER - EXPORT TABLE GRAPES

A full-time position, near Augrabies in the Northern Cape, for a Pack house specialist to improve, implement and maintain systems and to ensure all pack house operations runs effectively.

Duties: * Management and maintain all pack house and cold store operations * Maintain pack house systems (Marco, Vitrax, etc.) * Develop pack house operations to maximize quality and productivity * Ensure food safety procedures & policies * Implementation of food quality standards (BRC) and international client specifications * Support & assist in the expansion of operations to ensure profitable use of facilities * Manage packing material, crates & pallets.

Requirements: * Relevant qualification *At least 6 years pack house and export table grape experience * Computer literate * Ability to manage two pack houses on the farm * Strong organizing skills
