RedCat Recruitment is URGENTLY seeking a PACKAGING SUPERVISOR for an international concern – position based between Pietermaritzburg and Durban.

JOB DESCRIPTION / REQUIREMENTS
Grade 12.
Strong computer skills (MS Office, Email / Internet). Previous experience on Oracle programme an added advantage.
Previous experience in a similar position ESSENTIAL!
3yrs+ supervisory experience / labour control experience.
Inventory control experience.
Labour control.
Production control.
Planning of daily duties.
Staff deployment.
Stock control.
Daily/ weekly / monthly reports.
Enforce and maintain the ISO 9001, 14001, 18001 & 22001 standards.
Maintain standard compliance to all food safety and occupational safety.
Maintain housekeeping standards.
Encourage and promote 5’S activities.
Encourage and train staff on KAIZEN.

Person must have own transport and be willing to work shifts.

Salary offered: R12 000-00+ per month (CTC)
