If you are working in the fruit industry, waiting to advance your career in one of the major players in fruit exporting, then this role is for you: looking for a Stock Accountant / Controller to take full management of the packaging of fruit ready for exporting. The position is based around Cape Town and requires an individual with a B.Com in Accounting or similar. Please note that only individuals coming out of the Fruit industry will be considered for this role.

Qualification:

B.Com in Accounting or similar

An additional qualification in Agriculture or Logistics will be advantageous

Skills & Experience:

2 – 3 years working experience within a similar role

Ability to speak Afrikaans fluently – essential

Systems such as Paltrack and Profit

Job Description:

This position exists to support the co-ordination between farms and the logistics side. The role will involve estimate volumes, forecasts, variance analysis, stock management and production reports.



The ideal incumbent will be highly intelligent, have a strong personality and the ability to communicate on all levels. This position is goal-driven and requires a well-organised individual with the ability to work independently, multi-task and speak Afrikaans fluently.
