If you are working in the fruit industry, waiting to advance your career in one of the major players in fruit exporting, then this role is for you: looking for a Stock Accountant / Controller to take full management of the packaging of fruit ready for exporting. The position is based around Cape Town and requires an individual with a BCom in Accounting or similar. Please note that only individuals coming out of the Fruit industry will be considered for this role.

Qualification:
BCom in Accounting or similar
An additional qualification in Agriculture or Logistics will be advantageous

Skills & Experience:
2-3 years working experience within a similar role
Ability to speak Afrikaans fluently – essential
Systems such as Paltrack and Profit

Job Description:
This position exists to support the coordination between farms and the logistics side. The role will involve estimate volumes, forecasts, variance analysis, stock management and production reports.

The ideal incumbent will be highly intelligent, have a strong personality and the ability to communicate on all levels. This position is goal-driven and requires a well-organised individual with the ability to work independently, multi-task and speak Afrikaans fluently.
