Paint / Hardware Consultant

Looking for an EXPERIENCED / Knowledgeable / enthusiastic person to join this team at a well-known and established company based in Milnerton. You will be their Paint and Hardware Consultant – the go-to guy, advising customers on all building that pertains to paint, therefore good all-round paint and hardware/building industry experience will secure an interview.

Duties:
* Liaise with National / International Customers re Paint Products for decorative, coatings, colour, waterproofing
* Liaise with Sales Reps re client complaints telephonic and via email correspondence with clients
* Advise on best painting practices
* Liaise with Technical Department, laboratory for resolving client’s complaints
* Log customers complaints on CRM system
* Do research on products
* Customer service in Hardware / Paint Store, Liaising with Builders, Electricians, Painters,
* Thorough knowledge of general painting practices
* Excellent communication – written and verbal
* Computer literate on MS Office
* Fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans
