Relevant Tertiary qualification. 5-10 years paint experience in an automated paint facility. Knowledge and experience of paint chemistry ( solvent and waterborne), fault finding and problem solving. Duties include leading a large paint department, establishing root cause and implementing world class solutions to improve products.
