Our client in the financial industry requires the service of a Para-Planner / Financial Planner

Key performance areas:

? Need analysis for life cover, disability cover, medical aid and retirement benefits.
? Quotes for life insurance and investments.
? Analysing and comparing the different life insurance products.
? Time value of money calculations on Excel or a HP 10b calculator.
? EAC comparisons.
? Admin for investment transactions, including Section 14 transfers and the critical comparison of costs.
? Compile the client’s annual review.

The successful candidate must have:

? Matric with CFP or studying towards CFP
? Investments:
• Know the various investment structures i.e. Pro’s, cons and tax implications.
• Cost calculations and analysis for the investment options
• Preservation funds
• Section 14 transfers
• LISPS
• Wrap funds
? Manual time value of money calculations
? Knowledge of various life insurance products, including disability and critical illness policies
? Must have a sound knowledge of at least one life insurance product
? Fully bilingual – Afrikaans and English
? Excellent computer literacy (Excel – advance)
? Must be fully bilingual (Afrikaans & English)
? Be able to work independently, accurately and cope under pressure
