PARLOR SECTION HEAD ( ref. MPSH)
Responsibilities will include training, supervise and provide performance feedback to the parlor team, schedule parlor staff, schedule routine parlor maintenance, assist Herdsman with parlor personnel decisions. Degree in Agriculture with a minimum of 10 years experience in the field of Animal production is required as well as a deep knowledge of dairy operation, good communication skills, computer literate in Word, Excel, Power Point. A further requirement is strong interpersonal, analytical and problem solving skills.
