Our Client, a renowned international contact-centre situated in Cape Town, currently has many job-opportunities for German-speaking customer service consultants.

Main duties:
• Providing telephonic customer service to customers who call you
• Assisting customers with various products/ services on offer
• Assisting and resolving customer's queries/ complaints

Minimum Requirements:
• Fluent in German and English (verbal skills)
• An ability to work extremely flexible hours ranging from 20 to 40 hours per week (Operating hours: 07h00 - 21h00, Monday to Sunday)
