Support and assist the Partner Relations Officers to maintain relationships with the Lifestyle Administrator and its rewards partners. In addition to the aforementioned, assist with the member acquisition and retention by ensuring that, the Lifestyle Administrator offers a compelling product offering and excellent service to members.

Minimum 3 year National Diploma/ Degree or NQF equivalent;
Minimum 2 years relevant work experience;
Be computer literate;
Loyalty programme or Customer Servicing or Administration experience will be added as advantage;
