Key Performance Areas

• Placement of all orders (Stock and Job/Sales related)
• Follow up all parts on back order and provide weekly feedback
• Process weekly/monthly stock orders
• Identification and match-up of all parts
• Manage all parts availability and stock holding in all regions
• Manage inter-company stock transfers
• Liaison with Parts warehouse and follow up on stock discrepancies for all regions
• Manage account queries for parts suppliers
• Maintain good supplier relations
• Maintain a safe working environment (according to safety policy and procedures)
• Achieve individual Balanced Scorecard and KPIs
• Effective self-management and performance ownership
• Adherence to any reasonable instruction

Qualification, Experience and Competencies
Minimum Qualification
Grade 12

Minimum Experience
Technical product knowledge

Competencies
• Strong communication and admin skills
• Ability to work accurately, diligently and under pressure
• Computer skills
• Effective time management and must be able to work after hours when required
• Energetic, positive, self-motivated and team player
• Must be fluent in English and Afrikaans
• Technical knowledge added advantage - Forklifts
• SAP experience (Customer service (CS) & Material Management (SD) modules) added advantage
